I really like some of the colors from the PPG vibrance line. Wife won't let me though...

Used Sikkens 2 stage on the '67...pleased with the results and it's been about 5 years.
The '69...haven't decided yet. Whatever DB likes, I guess.

So you guys finally got around to spraying it one color did ya ?
Ask Eric to send me a pic please. :)
House of colors if money is no object, but I have to agree PPG makes nice paint too. Then again I'm use to gray or black primer lately. I had an old drag racer tell me once to keep it in primer since making it look nice doesn't make it go faster.
I often wondered if that was true or not and I did read a study once stating that the smoother the finish the less wind resistance resulting in less drag so technically there would be a benefit in having a nice finish on a car but I don’t know if anyone ever did any testing on this subject.

I don't know...they all smell the same out of a paper bag, but gold does the trick for me every time. :D:D:D

What Grumpy neglected to tell ya is that the Vibrance line is like some of the most expensive paints that we looked at. Did I like some of them, heck ya. But it was not within our budget. Also, he did not tell ya that it was my choice on color, and I picked what I liked. So Grumpy will continue to be Grumpy. It it ain't broke don't fix it.......
