Just did an engine for a customer and being that its a semi popular build and alot of people like to know ahead of time if there engine will make vacuum or not this would be a good base line.
Specs:
496ci 9.7.1 Compression
Scat 4340 Forged Rotating assembly
781 Heads with bigger valves and mild porting
Hyd Roller Cam 236/242 @ 50 .620 lift on a 112LSA
Edelbrock Air Gap Intake
Edelbrock Thunder 800cfm carb
Vacuum = 12" @ 1000RPM, 11" @ 950 RPM (take from carb).
