Has anyone heard of cactus classics?

Wondering if anyone has heard of "Cactus Classics" owned by Dennis Serra?
He seems to have a online brokerage for muscle cars though it seems a bit amiss, curious if anyone has any info on him/ or the biz?
Thanks BUNCH!!!
