Looking for my first car
 

Hi Guys and Gals,

My name is Shawn and i'm looking for my first car a 1972 Chevelle. I met my wife of 26 years with this car and was stupid and sold it when we started a family. I am from Wisconsin and have tracked it to Buford, Ga. I have talked to the last owner and he traded it in at Rick Hendrick Chevrolet in Buford in 2012. I called them at least a dozen times with no one knowing where it went. It has not been registered since 2012. The Vin # is 1D37J2K501464. You might contact PeachState Chevelle Club and see if anyone knows the car .I used to be a member but not currently active with them but some of them may know something about it .

Chevelle owners face book also may be a good place to post. Typically not a good idea to post the entire vin #. Just the last 4 or 5 numbers.

You have the VIN number, that's a huge help. Also on Facebook is a page called - Where is my old car. Also post on the various Chevelle groups.
