I registered a few days ago. Who else is going?

I'll be there and I'm sure Henry will be with me.

Tell Henry to bring his checkbook. He can pick the Nova up on his way there. If the piece of shit will start and stay running!

Wish I could go when something good is happening .We went last year when nothing was going on and it was boring .

Which days were you there? If it is going to rain again, there won't be much to do. I am not going up if it says rain.

We went up all over Michigan last year in the Chevelle's with Chuck Hanson in the off season and would up in Wisconsin just cruisin around .We had a great time but no car stuff to see .

I'm registered and this will be my 16th year. Rain or shine it's always a good time.

Alright, who's doing what? Anybody got a plan yet?

The plan is the same as always Tony, we will be there, same spot next to the Bavarian Inn. Me, Henry, Ric, Eric and Mike and some of his rat rod friends. You have an old car that can make it that far? I wouldn't suggest the Nova but maybe the gasser or the hot rod? We'll save you a spot if you can scrape something together to drive up there.

Oh, and since you live closer than anyone else maybe you could show up first for a change and save us a spot in line to register.

I was just wondering if maybe one of you guys could pick me up? I'll ride in the trunk. None of my junk will make it to the corner, let alone ALL the way to Frankenmuth!

I'm planning on bringing the hot-rod up, if it aint rai..............yeah, I'm bringing a car. I won't be there to stand in line though. I despise lines. If there is a spot for me to park, great. If not, I'll find something. See ya there.

We'll have a spot for you Tony. It won't be cheap, it is in a prime location, but we'll save you one.

If I'm paying top-dollar for a spot, you better do something about this miserable rain. The local weather says it will still be raining in the morning. If it is, I'll see you when it quits. For a nominal fee, I assume that you will keep me posted?

Yea, Tony is banned from the Bavarian, a few other places in town as well as quite a few in Flint. I don't get it, he's such a laid back, easy going guy. Maybe it's Kathy that's the trouble maker.

Maybe she just needs a couple more smacks of the head against the passenger window. I hate to say that, she seems like such a sweet lady, but you can't have her ruining your good reputation. I mean that's just not right.

For some reason they don't like their guests talking about bringing a chain saw to cut down a tree so they can see their car. I guess they never heard about the customer being right.

Bastards! Oh and room rates are going up next year because of all the awesome upgrades they've done. I'm still trying to figure out what upgrades they're talking about. There were new bed spreads, maybe that was it. Oh yea, a TV from this century. Never turned it on the whole weekend. Their rooms are just space, nothing special about them at all and then they won't even let you trim the trees, bastards!

Well, one good thing about not having a room is the lack of a ferocious hang-over the next day!

Think I'll take the motorhome next year. That's overpriced too, $40 just to park it in a field. Still a lot cheaper than the Bavarian and it's right across the parking lot.

Going to start calling Hotels in and around the Frankenmuth area! Hopefully I'll be able to get something close.

I gonna start calling around today. I'm thinking if I can't get a room in Frankenmuth, I might try Birchrun. It's early yet, I know there will be cancelations so hopefully I'll get one close by.

If you want to stay at the B I do a little name dropping, tell them you're good friends with Anthony (Tony) Wonch. Bet they move you right to the top of the list.

Seriously, start calling in May, June timeframe. They bill 1st night in June and that's when people will cancel their reservations.
