stock 65 brake booster diameter
 

I have a 65 Malibu SS with original power drum brakes. The inside fender well has an original depression where the booster gets close. A 9 inch booster is about an inch away from this depression. Did any Chevelles come with an 11 inch booster? I know that the Z16's came with heavy duty brakes, but always assumed that that meant they had bigger drums. I never though about the possibility that they might have had a larger booster as well.
