Fitech install and diagnosis
It has been 2 years since I had my Fitech installed. I am embarrassed to say I didn’t drive it once the last two years. Started it a couple times then let it sit. It cranks but will not turn over and my mechanic spent 2 hours with Fitech trying to diagnose it. They finally decided to send an RMA to send the unit back and repair it.
I had a dumb thought. Any chance the magnet mount I have on the handheld controlling is causing an issue? Thanks! https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...1021724dc3.png https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...ef2b16f44d.jpg https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...f42a7d339f.jpg Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
Crickets.

Did they say why? My guess is because it sat, and the ethanol in the fuel.
I am putting Holley Sniper on my folks 72 Malibu, looks nearly identical to the FiTech. Hoping it will be trouble free for them. |
Old thread, but any update? My buddy is having the same issue.
