1969 front power disc brales

I am replacing all brake components on my 69 el Camino. Booster, m cyl, hold off valve, flex and soft lines, calipers and wheel cylinders. I know many folks have a difficult time when bleeding new systems. I am trying to avoid that. This distribution block?combo valve is the only thing I am reusing and wonder if it presents a bleeding issue? It does not appear to be a proportioning valve that slides back and forth( I have a tool to use for that) but rather a piston of sorts that goes up and down, Anyone offer and insight as to bleeding brakes with it in the mix?http://i1171.photobucket.com/albums/...pshz3m1opf.jpg

No problems. Easiest system in the world to bleed. Start with the farthest away. Passenger rear. Do the drivers rear next. Then passenger front then drivers front.

Before you start take the line loose from the master cylinder and hold your finger on it. Have some one press the brakes. Put the line on after it is shooting fluid and the air is out. Do that to both of them to bleed the master cylinder before you start.

After a few times just check the fluid level. Keep it full or you got to start over if you use all the fluid in the master cylinder and pump air in it.

So, that switch poses no difficulty, as does the switch in a proportioning valve?

Nope not a problem at all.

The switch is for pressure if it does not see any pressure it turns the RED light on the dash. The block is just distributing fluid to system.
