We went from one of the driest December on record to serveral days of snow this week to 8 to 15 inches of rain the last 48 hours with more on the way. Now we have flooding all over the place. My house is to high, but it has been tough to work and get around. Forecast is for rain all next week.

We here in Michigan have had a real mild winter so far, but that ended today. It was 6 degrees out this morning and we are forcasted to get 3"-5" of snow later today and tonight. Ugh...

We got 2 inches last night.

I think winter finally arrived here in Mi. It was 9 last night when I went out to get a pizza. It's 2 degrees now, maybe colder, outside thermometer is not that far from the house. At least the sun is out and no wind.

I am watching the news right now and it is 4 frigging degrees, with -2 degree wind chills. We have a dusting of snow but as Mike said we are expecting some snow tonight. The snow starts tonight and I have heard as much as 6" of snow starting at rush hour tonight.

I don't mind the snow but don't like the bitter cold. And the worst thing is the people who have no business driving in this kind of weather.

i know its january and its about to get our first real winter snow. how crazy is that but its going to be a good one they are saying 4-8 inches for us :)

It's mid 40's now and supposed to go up to low 60's by Sunday. Chance of a sprinkle of rain late tonight.

Its been pretty cold here in Ga lately and we are due more rain but hopefully no white stuff .

Well the white stuff is here. It started snowing about an hour ago and it seems to be getting larger and larger flakes. I am keeping my fingers crossed that it will not snow long or many inches.

Another 2" inches of rain today, and more flooding here.

We dont have any snow or flooding but the rain is getting old .It just starts to dry up and then it rains for another few days .The ground is just rotten aroud my place ,dont dare get of the gravel or youre stuck.Im just glad its rain and not snow and ice .Ya'll stay safe up there in the cold climates and stay warm.

We got 2, maybe 3" of snow overnight. It's cold out, so it's light and fluffy, which makes shoveling really easy. I was out at about 7:30 this morning shoveling, I like getting out early when it's nice and quiet. I find it very peaceful to be being out early. With my two boys (6 and 9) peace and quiet isn't easy to come by. LOL

My son has been out all morning with his friend plowing the neighbors with my Atv.

It just stopped raining here for the time being ,now it would be nice to see the sun shine. At least its warmer than its been lately at about 60 degrees.

Just some sun and rain showers today. Needed the break. Actually washed the cars today to get all the grim off them.

We got to see the sun for about 2 minutes today but at least its not been snowing ,Im ready for spring to get here.

Mr. Sun is supposed to visit Latrobe tomorrow.

Temp is dropping again tonight into the single digits maybe. I am glad that we only got a couple of inches of snow last night. But it will probably be gone in the next couple of days cause it is supposed to rain and the temp is supposed to go above freezing.

Just stay in Michigan for 5 minutes and the weather will change. That has been so true this past few months.

Its just cloudy here today with temps in the low 50's so far with a slight breeze ,chance of storms later in the day .It was good weather for our walk this morning .

It wasn't bad today. The temp was in the low 30's and the sun was actually out. The temp is supposed to continue to rise throughout the night and we are supposed to get some rain. So for the snow we had to shovel yesterday, it will all be gone tomorrow. I am keeping my fingers crossed, we are supposed to reach the 40's by the weekend. We will see.

Raining again today and about 40. Glad it's Sunday so I don't have to be in it at work.

Late this afternoon we started getting a steady drizzle but no storms ,they now say we will get those tommorrow just in time for work with a possibility of tornados .

Tornados were a full size front wheel drive vehicle produced by Oldsmobile. Cadillac had its own front wheel drive Eldorado.

No I think they made Toronado not Tornados

Yup, winter is gone, 43 here at 7 am this morning.

Its cold and raining here in Georgia ,hopefully the stormy weather has fizzled out .I can deal with rain better than tornado's .

it snowed here and it was the light fluffy stuff. it was great because i got to see my daughter smiling all day long from the minute she woke up and saw the snow all she wanted to do was go play in the snow!

the snow was so fluffy that she couldn't make her snow man the way she wanted to so i told her to make one laying down

She is so cute and Im glad you got to enjoy the day with her. Its getting colder here so I believe the rain is over for now. Maybe we will get a little sun shine next.

It's 53 degrees outside...at least it was on the way home from work an hour ago.

Oh yeah...BTW...Happy New Year...Chinese style.
Today begins the Year Of The Dragon.

Sounds like a great day. Been a long time but always had fun sledding and playing in the snow with the kids.

Rained here today and melted all the snow. But old man winter is supposed to bring us more snow tonight. What fun, warm, cold, warm, cold. Kids want to go sledding and use the new toboggan I got them.

Bill ,low 50's is pretty cold when youre walking around in the mud with wet feet and the wind is blowing .We have a lot of construction going on at work and we are trying to keep the contractors from breaking every water line on campus.They have broke ours going to our shop three times already ,not good when they are just getting started good.

2" of rain predicted for tomorrow again, with rain the rest of the week.

Today is pretty nice ,cloudy but no rain .Temps are kind of mild without the wind blowing ,but water is standing everywhere.

After the clouds moved out this morning we had a beautiful day with plenty of sunshine and nice temps .I wish we could have more of this kind of winter weather.

No snow last night. Just a bit cooler today, I think it was in the 30's, not bad for the end of January. Usually we are dealing with a lot of ice right now.

Sunny and 92* here today. Then I woke up.

I got called into work a few minutes ago (9:30 PM) and its still fairly mild out ,but rain is coming back later.It sure was nice today though.
