I bought a MES40 a couple of months ago and love it. Cooked 4-12lb turkeys for christmas when it was maybe 15-20* outside and it worked like a champ. Every time I get it out I fill it with whatever it takes to keep it full, extra sausage, beans whatever. Pulled pork is amazing and almost impossible to mess up. I got the AMNPS pellet smoke box for it. Really the laziest thing I do, light the box and set the timers and it will go up to 12 hours for a long slow smoke. If you haven't been here
