I had the same problem with headman lifetime waranty headers.
When i called them i was told thats what you get in florida....your on your own.
Try some HOOKER stainless steel headers.
Stainless won't rust but it will discolor from the heat.

Try Must for Rust. I have an aluminum intake, it had rust speckles all over after sitting in the garage over the first winter. Obviously had some iron in it. Anyway, used must for rust on it. It cleaned up the rust and it hasn't happened again. It's supposed to do something to the iron so it won't rust again.
