I'd use a stock type 11" with stock spindles.
They're simple, effective, affordable, and parts are easy to get anywhere without hunting down a mix/match parts combination. They fit under 15" wheels, don't change your track width, and don't screw up any geometry.
Avoid any spindle with the steer-arm cast as one piece with the spindle. Stock were bolt-on steer arms, and all of the one piece designs I've seen screw up the steering geometry.
