Just what we "locals" call that area. It's Orlampa - meaning the area between Orlando and Tampa. There are some stupid acronyms lately, like SODO - South Of Downtown Orlando.

I had a guy from the Lakeland area sell a car out from under me 5 years ago. Similar deal, even agreed on a time to pick up the car. I am literally fifteen minutes away the next morning, I call as a courtesy to him. And he informs me that he had "made a better deal" that morning and I should have called before I drive out there. Mind you... he knew I was leaving at 6am to be there for 8am.
