Most any auto repair shop should be able to remove a broken bolt.

Where are you located and what do you do that you need to hire a "firm" to do nothing but remove broken bolts?! It sounds to me that you need to hire more qualified workers so you don't have that many broken bolts.

In any case, I have a small hotrod shop out here in Missouri. For $25 per bolt, I'll remove all the broken bolts you want. (you remove the part and bring it to me)
