Default Quaker Steak and Lube anyone?

My lovely wife and I are going out with some friends to try a new place to eat. Heres a link to their site. www.quakersteakandlube.com I heard they have good food there. We'll find out and let you know. Anyone else ever been there?

Thumbs up

Just got home about an hour ago and I'm still full. We had 8 people in our group and even though the place was really busy, we were seated in about 20 min. My wife had a chicken wrap and said that it was the best. I had ordered an 8oz. steak and shrimp platter, but was told the steak they normally use for the platter was sold out. They subbed a 16oz. Newyork strip for $2 more. The steak was so tender in melted in my mouth.
The service was really good, no complaints. This is now one of my favorite places to dine.

Their turkey burgers were my favorite ,we dont have one down here .Was it full of car and motorcycle stuff on the walls and hanging from the ceiling? The one in Ohio even had 2 or 3 four post lifts with Corvettes sitting on them .

Actually John there is...or at least was the last time I drove thru there...in Douglasville.

EDIT: Oops...there WAS one in Douglasville. That location is no longer listed on the website link above. Closest ones for us are off I-75 in Knoxville, TN and off I-85 in Concord, NC. Maybe make a mental note to stop the next time passing thru...maybe on the way to the NC show...

Bill ,we went to the Douglasville location before it closed ,nothing like the one in Ohio. It was in the mall and just a typical mall restuarant ,no auto memorabilia .
