You guys are eating way high up on the hog.
We had the usual black eyed peas, greens, taters, and ham.
My wife can tell you what each is supposed to do for the new year.
I have eaten lots of greens but the greenbacks don't seem to come my way.
Must be the wrong kind of greens.

We did the 7 fishes on Christmas eve with our kids, prime rib meal on Christmas with the extended family, lobster and filet mignon on New Year's eve for just JoAnn and me here alone and pork roast and sauerkraut on New Year's day with the family. Everything was prepared here.

I started the diet today.

Actually I think that would be high up on the steer.

Not really, just my wife, son and I, no company. A really nice dinner for 3 people for around $20.

We did a couple big sirloins on New Years Eve. I know, most of you guys would prefer the tastier prime rib over a sirloin, but I go for the very low fat content of sirloin. I can make any cut of beef tasty, but I cant make them all healthier. Sirloin is one of the least offending cuts.
