Default 72 Chevy truck

I finally got my truck back on the road Monday ,it had been down for about three weeks .It had started running terrible ,sputtering and no power under full throtle .Found rust in the fuel filter and also think I got some bad fuel. I ordered a new gas tank and sending unit for it and also discovered the original radiator was rotten so I ordered one of those too.I also discovered that the radiator for the truck is the same as for my 68 Chevelle (after the fact of course) and I already had 2 for the Chevelle not being used .That was an expensive lesson to learn but I guess next time something breaks I should compare all my existing inventory of spare parts to see what is the same.

I am looking at a 73 snb.
Is less motor but not a bad looking truck and only wants 975.00 for it.

Kind of looks like an 4wd though, guess that could be cuz of no engine.

Sorry to hijack but what is your opinion?

Did you buy it yet ? If not you better hurry before someone else does .Its worth a lot more than that in parts alone .

No, the owner was supposed to call me.
I had cash in hand and even though his girlfriend promised to have him call he took a call when he got home and sold it to that guy for $800.00
I told him he lost $175.00 on the deal as I would not have haggled price.

I now have my eye on a 64 snb for $1500.00 as a roller, no eng or trans...

Well the 64 was not all that.
It had been put on an s10 chassis and they did not do a good job.
I would have been scared to do anything without tearing it to the ground and starting over.

Still looking.
