Default Front bumper help

Wondering what was use to mount the front turn signal bracket to the front bumper. Was it a hex head type bolt or a screw head bolt. Working on getting my front bumper put back together. Also is the lower bolt on the bumber bracket a regular bolt or was it a chrome headed bolt? Since my original brackets did not come with the car, Does anyone sell the rubber bumper stop as shown in the photo? (small vertical bracket in the middle of the main bracket). I believe they are called the front valance hold up brackets

Thanks Ray

The bolts on the bottom that you can't really see are hex head bolts.
