Hit a high of 71 today, warmer than they expected. Currently 50, supposed to go all the way down to 31 tomorrow morning.

After a week long battle the drive is clear now. It has been in the single digits for the most part here. But hop is coming it is supposed to get above freezing and rain.

It has been so nasty I even quit going to the garage and messing with the boat. Last work session I cleaned and ported the head on that.

I got in touch with a buddy form high school we been chatting. He is bringing his adult son to see my van and the chevelle soon. His boy needs some stuff painted for his car. So he can see what my work looks like in person. I going to end up doing that I am sure. Panel paint a few parts to fix a wreck is all. Easy peasy stuff.

I got the same to so for a honda coming up once it warms up. So spring is around the corner now and work is lining up accordingly like every year.

I worked in my shop for a while yesterday taking a broke exhaust manifold off my 72 Chevy 4x4 ,it was a real pain .Hope it is easier going back on .Would have been a breeze if I had a lift and not laying on a cold floor .

Kansas city, here, 50 today, 55 tomorrow, and sunday rain. no ice!
I wiped out Wednesday on ice in my 98 Firebird. landed in a ditch, messed up front bumper . then had to get it towed last nite, car stalled. its got 223K miles on it. but at least roads are dry, so may try to fire up my chevelle this weekend again
