Default Installing rear kyb shocks

Hello. I've got a 72 chevelle. I purchased a pair of kyb shocks "rear Gas-a-Just shocks" part# 575-KG5504. I removed one top bolt and the bottom bolt and realized, my new set i bought from jegs, didn't come with the bushings.

I've never done shocks before, and last time they were done, I had a pep boys install air shocks. Also, I noticed that the shocks also didn't come with new top mounting bolts either. Can anyone point me in the right direction on what I need, because I want to purchase the remaining parts, and complete this job. I was under the impression these type of things came with everything you needed to install. I included a photo of what came in each box.

Bushings are there I see them. Part in the bag bolts on the axle. Bushing is part of the shock. Same at top. Bushing is part of the T. 2 nuts and bolts lock washer and lock-tite. Good to go.
