Well not much to tell, grew up in an auto-centric family,my dad was a prototype powertrain engineer for AMC in the late 60's early 70's.So we always had some kind of crazy muscle car in the house. When I was 23 I met my mentor and we spent 22 years building chevys, hot rods and restoring corvettes.Found my 68 SS next to a garage.Texas car 350hp auto it was still # matched when I got it and 90 percent rust free. The wagon I found at an estate sale and purchased from the son of the original owner.story I got was he ordered it new and in 70 packed up his family and drove to WI from Calif. got here and spun a rod bearing.parked it in the barn until he passed away and I bought it with just over 22'000 milesw on it.Unfortunately 3 cats a raccoon and many mice had decided to occupy it,so it needs quite a bit of work! But it was worth the 250 bucks I paid for it.The pickup I have had forever.just a really fun old truck that I just can't part with.No radio no heater,358 with st10 and 456 gear.Useless but fun.The 40 coupe started as a rat rod and has now morphed into a bonneville bound car.bucket list thing.thats pretty much it in a nut shell. As soon as I figure out the posting thing I will post up some pics. Thanks for the kind words and the awesome welcome.

If you have the pics stored on your computer I can help you out with starting an album right here on the site, that way you can post up pics like this.
This is a picture of my daughter Lacie and grand daughter Melhoney in front of my car.
