WOW! That Chevelle is SOLID!!!! I'd make a new car out of it and drive the wheels off of it.

I think Tiff's new car, (my wife) will be an old car with new stuff. Something like your Chevelle, but with an injected LSx, four wheel disc brakes, p/s, a/c, etc.

Nice work on the truck too. I have the same problem about painting in the winter time too. Check out my thread of my other projects and look at the '66 Ford truck I just built for a customer. You may get a kick out of it.

Keep us posted on both projects ,they both would be welcome in my barn. The door weatherstrip for the truck should be replaced with weatherstrip from a Dodge Dakota truck as its the same size and snaps in place instead of glued like original .His bumper looks great ,he is quite talented .He should check out 67-72chevytrucks as he will find all kinds of good info there if he isnt alreay a member.

The Truck is already done with the weatherstrip complete. Now the Chevelle is needing it..I have only had the Chevelle for 2 weeks and most of the time its been cold and wet so limited work on it...I got the cowl and truck coming in but the doors ones are $$$$ and I want to paint it before I get those things just laying around waiting..LOL

Well we pulled the motor and it wasn't a 383 stroked But I am OK with that its a 400ci 330817 block 2 bolt main brick so we are just going to build it mild to a little wild and stuff her back in Now the weather is getting better and the looks of spring are around the corner. I can start getting ready to GET GOING on a build thread. Have a bunch of parts I have been slowly collecting for the interior and the weatherstripping...There is less than a day of body work and a good 2 days of sanding to get her ready for paint. I might have to wait to plant my garden this year want to get this thing on the road NOW..LOL Put 2 new tires up front so we can move her around..What's up with the 14's going out of style I love them.

I was a little upset when David talked about putting 17's on my car. But in the long run, the lower profile tires make up for the bigger rims.
