Default Just in from Chicago suburbs.

Hi all, my name is Matt, I work part time, go to school full time and have had my 69 Malibu since 2009. It was a craigslist find that for sure created a steep learning curve. Currently it has a stout 355, M-22 gear set in a M-20 case, and a Moser 9in. It is currently in the body shop as it has been for the last 2 years while I pay my way with final plans being a satin black car, with white 69 SS stripes down the sides and Malibu badging (SS hood also). Plans for the car are 70% strip 30% street (until the 4.11s come out of the rear). As for the interior I saved up and got the TMI sport R seat kit with the white stitching and I love the quality. Now that the easy part is soon to be over I will most likley be asking alot of questions regarding fine tuning and what ever gremlins I may come across.
Regards: Matt.

Welcome Matt. Do you have any pics of your car ? I am also curious about how your seats look.

No, sorry. The covers and foam are still sitting around the house waiting to be installed. Personally I think the quality and style is amazing and I will post pictures as soon as I can. If your considering ordering these I'd be prepared to wait, it took almost 2 1/2 months for the covers, foam, and head rests to arrive. I'm not bashing I'm just saying don't expect a fast turn around.
