Default Upper ball joints 70 chevelle

I was wondering if there are more than one size upper ball joint for a 70 chevelle? I've tried napa premium and raybestus. The metal cup and the bolts were too big, has anyone else experienced this problem?

There shouldn't be any difference if the arms are stock. What do you mean the metal cup is too big? As for the bolt holes I replaced mine back in 04. Don't recall if I had to ream the holes a bit get the bolts through, too long ago. I wouldn't be surprised though if they did need a little massaging since the originals were riveted in.

The TRW style has the 1/4 bolt design (TRW part number 10195) and the Moog part number 2601064 has the 5/16 bolt design which means you would have to make your holes bigger but will work. Not sure why Moog changed designs but it will work.
