I can't say I blame Al... Had to be a ton of work for him to maintain a site of that size, and work a full-time job too. I have no idea what he was paid, but I've heard the "LS1tech" forum sale was in the $millions$ a few years ago. ...much bigger site though.

I know that David does not want us to bash any other sites here, so lets all keep it respectful.

Yeah I can understand the burden of trying to maintain a site privately but when you decide to pass on your legacy, I would think you'd want to keep the commercialism out of it... and ensure the new owners would continue that legacy... but who am I to say.

No, no bad blood here at all. Still a great resource, overall.

I can't blame Al. If I had something like TC and I was tired of it and someone came along at the right time and made an offer, I'd say sold.

I think dealing with all the bickering was starting to wear him down.

But, TC is still a great place with a huge archive of resources. I'll be hanging out there.

Not as much as the Redskins.... But hey, at least the forty winers were 8-8! You didn't get the news; Fav's going to win it all this year or so the wife keeps telling me!
