Default Engine is finally in!

This video is from a week ago but she's finally in! When I get sent new videos with the full exhaust on those'll go up as well. Check it out!

Alright I decided to upload a few pics of the engine and the cowl hood that was hand painted. I tell ya Tim is a mater with paint. I know the tires aren't the original ones for a 71, but I think they just look better.

Does it really matter to you if they are original ? Do YOU like them ? That is all that matters.

Doesn't bother me one bit that they're for a 70. I feel they look and go better on the 71 than the dishes. Also gonna retain the front bench for other uses. Chuckle. Just two weeks left and I'll have full pics, video and dirving impressions.

Ummm... those are the correct style/type wheels for a 71' - 72' SS Chevelle. Not sure who told you otherwise.

Engine looks good, it appears you have a 67' - 69' style intake manifold on it. (high rise vs. the 70' & later low rise intakes)
