Default 17 x 9.5 all around?

will that fit with the right back spacing? trying to figure out what i want to do with wheels for now

5.5" is what you need. That's about as big as you can go in the front. Rears will have room to spare.

ok thats perfect for me. i found a set of 17 x9.5 with 5.5 back spacing for 149 each wheel brand new. But will i have any issues? and what tires can i use on the front?

275 is as wide as you can go on front.

would 275/45/17 be to small??

I'd go with 275/40. It's a common size on the front of 90s Corvettes, so there's a good selection of tires available.
