Sanded and painted as much as we could without totally taking everything apart. It's only a clone so I need to keep the cost under control. We treated lots of areas that you can't get to with cosmoline to help stop any further rust.

June 28th update. New stereo stuff going in. "We" built a box that hangs under the package tray. It holds the bass and two other speakers. The CD Changer. Not sure why I did the changer, I have an iPod. And the amp.
The dash is supposed to go back in this week. I've heard this one before...




Nice size cables running up front.

Default July 15th update

Well, finally some progress to report.
Dash is back in and all the gauges work, even the clock!


Stereo almost done.


Refurbished seat installed with bracket to set it back 2 inches. I'm now sitting up a little to high so there may be some future adjustments.


New steering wheel almost in...


They had to wash the car so they could do some paint touch up. Still looks good when you take all the shop dust off!
