Default Tony!

You still out there bud? How are you and Kathy doing down there. You haven't posted much in a month or more. Haven't seen anything from Ric either.

I'm still here. Kathy flew back home 3 weeks ago. Her daughter had her first baby and Kathy couldn't wait to see him. Her moms birthday is on Jan 1st, so she is staying until after the first of the year.

Been real busy here. I had a tree company come in and cut down 12 trees, ones that were too close to the house and shop. I wasn't able to get the bigger ones, so I had to pay the pros to get them down. I have changed everything back at the canal road. The whole frickin landscape is different now. It's going to look like a golf course back there now. I'm going to put another 100 lbs of rye seed down today. Doing the whole 2 acres with a stinkin hand seed spreader that you push and pull around. I've cleared about 90 % of the brush and smaller trees all along the canal. Man, does it look different! I have a big section of the woods on the North end of the house cleared, all by hand again. Making more trails all throughout the woods and swamp. Been moving fill dirt all around too. If you remember the big clearing in the middle of the woods, I have that almost full of brush and trees now. Going to have one hell of a fire here before too long. Should burn for a week. On my third DeWalt sawzall now. Burned the first two up. Wore them bitchs plumb out.
Shot and killed a water moccasin with the 12 gauge back at the river and shot one with the 357 at the canal. I thought the bastards were dormant this time of the year. I thought wrong.

Man, guess you have been busy. Water moccasin, oh boy. Snakes, wild hogs, what other wild creatures you got running around there? Stay safe, Merry Christmas.

We put sand on the road that goes through the swamp. Every night something with big ass claws walks down the road. When Kathy gets back, I'll have her set the trail cam up so I can see what this creature is.

Moved almost two dump truck loads of sand with the tractor yesterday. Lots of shoveling, but my brother Doug helped a lot.

Are you coming to Florida this winter?

Need Kathy to set up the trail cam? Must be tough going with your tech support out of town. How's Doug doing, tell him we said hi.

We're coming down sometime in January. Reservation starts Jan 7 but that doesn't mean we'll be there on the 7th. Depends on weather and other stuff.

The tech-lady does all the camera, phone, TV, and alarms. I'm lost on thet new-fangled shit.

Doug is having mucho problems with his back now. The specialist said he has the worst back that he has seen in his career. The MRI lady said when she looked at his test results, she thought Doug was 105 years old!

Give me a call when you figure out what your doing.

Me thinks it's time for Doug to slow down a bit. He's running out of parts to replace, shouldn't be shoveling dirt, especially with a bad back. They can put rods in it or fuse it but they can't replace it like a hip or a knee.

I'll let you know what we're doing when we figure it out. We have friends in S. Carolina and N. Carolina by the coast. Been telling us to stop in on our way down, so we'll see.
