Default Tire cleaner help

Ok, I seem to not be able to keep my white letters on my TA Radials white. After the car sits in the garage they always seem to turn brown or looking off white. The black part looks fine at first, but by the time I drive it out of the garage it seems like all the dirt clinges to the black and my tires look terrible. Almost like a static electricity attracts everything. When I try to wipe them off they seem they have a wax film on them. Wondering what others are using to keep your tires looking good.

What are you using on your tires ? I know that the spray on/wipe off tire shine cleaners seem to attract everything.

I have used comet also on the white letters,

I have Armorall Extreme Tire Shine Gel

Lucas slick mist tire and trim

Just a few so far.

I used to use just Armorall on all my other car tires. Might just go back to that unless someone has a better idea. I do not like the wet look.

I use Simple Green to clean mine. Does a good job on the white letters. Don't apply any of those other products. They all seem to attract dirt and turn the black a dirty brown.

Ray,
Not sure what to use to keep them looking good between washes, still looking myself. I have found a way to get them as white as a new tire while washing the car. When we wash our DD's, all we do is take the jug of car wash concentrate and pour it over a stiff bristled brush and start scrubbing, you'll be amazed at how clean that concentrate will get white letters when you use it straight, and you don't have to buy any other products. Give it a try.
