Lokar gas pedal and cable showed up at the door.

I love the design of this gas pedal since it utilizes the factory hole and mounting to cover up the old location. Worked like a charm and feels smooth.

I then had to drill an enormous hole in my newly smoothed firewall for the harness to go through. I thought long and hard about this because I really didn't want to do it, but in the end it's by far the cleanest install I could have done since the computer will be hidden under the dash and console.

It's alive!! Just manifolds on it right now, but it fired right up. I'm taking it to an exhaust shop today to get everything tied in.

I'm still waiting on my accessory drive kit from holley, but I did manage to trailer it to a near by show this weekend and I took second place in the under construction class!

UPS delivered my Holley accessory kit earlier in the week and I started bolting it all up. This kit is awesome and everything fits together perfectly and looks like factory vette brackets.

Today I finished up the powering steering swap and got the accessory drive kit completed. These jeep quick ratio steering boxes really change the feel of the car. I love it.

Thanks shadow, I took the car for a 30 mile cruise with no problems. This motor feels incredible with the 6 speed behind it. I can roast the tires through 1st,2nd and 3rd gear. LOL

I extended the intake a bit further towards the passenger fender. When I get a box design made up I will stash the filter down in front of the inner fenderwell.

I drove the car to work on Friday! Talk about FUN! I hit the freeway and with the 4.11 rear end and I'm cruising 65mph @ 1400rpm and 70mph @ 1500rpm in 6th gear.

Ait intake setup for now.
