Default Door Panels Purchased

Haven't really posted here much as for the moment not getting a lot done on my '71 Chevelle. Just recently was able to purchase a complete original set of code #725 Dark Blue front and rear door panels with windlace to replace my old ratty looking originals. One year only color and am really glad to find them. At some point I would like to replace with Legendary panels but these will do for now. Wish I had pics loaded as they are at least an 8 1/2 on a 10 scale.

Good you found the color you need. Who made the panels? Getting the rear panels to fit right was the biggest problem I had. Show us a few pics when you get them installed.

Yeah, pretty pumped to find the panels somewhat locally. They are original GM with the ink stamping of " Bennett " with a line beneath that over top "Trade Mark" in a closed inked oval. Other numbers are " 3 17 71" perhaps Mar 17, 1971 ? and also "B E N D O R" ink stamping. Found them by placing a WTB ad on another Chevelle forum several times and finally received a hit from a Chevelle enthusiast north of me about 125 miles. Several emails, pics, phone calls and a road trip and they are mine. Will post pics tomorrow after digital batteries charge. Two front panels, two back seat side panels and driver and passenger windlace IN MY COLOR no less. Talk about luck!! Piece of luck for a one year only color offering.

Took some pics of the door panels I picked up. Not sure how well they show with my limited pic taking ability but for original panels to me they are in awesome shape.
