Default wipers don't go all the way down

they seem to get stuck on the chrome trim on the bottom of the wind shield. not sure what to do because if i get out the car and lift it a little it will go back down. its more annoying then anything. any advice for me??

Is the rubber on the wiper trailing the arm correctly? Sounds like the arm is slightly tweaked. Is the metal of the blade hitting the chrome?

It should be all rubber hitting. A little twist till it is right seems in order.
