Default Camaro Super Fest Ypsilanti, MI. July 6, 7, 8, 2012

I know its not Chevelle related, but I figured I'd post it up incase someone here might want to check it out. Barry said there could be 300-400 Camaros there.
I'll be there with my 4th gen Camaro. If you go, stop by and say

All cars and owners are welcome here, you should know that Brian. I read about this in the Cruisin' News, and if the weather is nice we might just drive out there.

Hey Ric, I'm so glad you decided to come out for awhile. It was great talking to you! I'll post a few pics when I get home tonight. We'll be at the show till about 3pm today. It's gonna be alot cooler today high of 83! Might have to break out the sweatshirts. Lol They had 386 Camaros at the show Saturday!
Even with the temps of 97 degrees, it didn't stop people from coming.

Hey Ric...The car looks great! I will speak with the zone-manager and see if we can get that mirror covered under a blanket warranty. You know, the one that is going to cover that non-working clock!

My brother and I went to the CSF a few years ago. There were some outstanding cars there. Did you have the Camaro judged?

Looking foward to the pictures Brian.

Tony, no on being judged, I looked at that the classes and did not see anything I could really be in...plus with the clock not working that would eliminate me anyway.

Plus, I have not done anything to the car except, change the oil and fuel filter, I have put about 600 miles on it so far...after my daughter open house this weekend I'm going to do a tune up to see if I can get the bog out of it...I have to look up setting dwell as I have not had to do it in over 30 years. (I did buy a dwell meter).

Heres a few pics for your viewing enjoyment!
These are a few shots from MIS. They allowed us to do a few laps around the track. They said we could not go any faster than 65 mph or you could get expelled from the whole show and sent home, but I did hear of someone in a 5th gen that went 105mph on the straight.

A couple more
The cars in the pit area are waiting their turn to get on the track. They allowed 25 cars on the track at one time during the laps.
My Car in the winners circle.
