Welcome, what your plans for the car? Looks like it's a solid car, but needs some work.
Thought I would see what the vin says about it.

Looks like your vin tag reads 1D37F2L583257

1 - Chevrolet
D - Malibu
37 sport coupe
F - 307cid V8 2-bbl (L14)
2- 1972
L Van Nuys California
Last numbers Production and sequence numbers

Thanks for your response...
what my problem is the engine, a 454 from a 81 pick-up by 240 horses if I do not error while a 454 chevelle actually 450 ... I wish I had a little more power

LS 6 454 had 450 hp and and a LS5 had 360 hp in Chevelles in 1970, but in 72 the only 454 engine available was an LS5 and was tune down to 270hp. But even though the motor is out of an 81, is it rebuilt?. If so you may have more HP then you think. Any plans for paint and interior?

Hello PSYCHO6, Welcome to the site.

Car looks nice. I like the red with white interior. Love the pictures.

The question from Ray was do you plan to repaint the car ? Do you plan to do anything to the interior.

Looks like the paint might look a lot better with a good buffing with some medium then fine cut compound. Welcome to the site, car looks good overall! I agree with Ms Grumpy, love the white interior with red paint.
