Default custom cowl vents

After trying to get the plastic screens to fit i realised the holes are to big
in the new cowl....plastic falls right in.
So i made up some steel block off plates.
The idea is to drill some 2 inch holes and epoxy some fine mesh screen
to the underside of the plates.
