Default 1971 and later Saginaw Input shaft

After searching the forms and exhausting google, I look towards all of your expertise. Thinking about removing my numbers matching transmission (needs to be rebuilt) in favor of a Muncie. Just as a note, I would keep it on the shelf (as it is numbers matching). My question is, did Saginaw follow suit with Muncie and change to a 26 spline input and 32 spline output like Muncie did in 1971 (and later) or did it stay with the 10 spline input?

Just for anyone searching this in the future, I found the answer. In 71 and 72 the Saginaw boxes are 10 spline input and 27 spline output.
