Nice looking GTO, but still a fan of Chevelle's over GTO's. Help a friend build a 66 and won at Hot August Nights one year with it.

Now if we start talking about 70 GTOs, the line blurs for me between Chevelles & GTOs...

I can understand your dad's sentimental value in the GTO. I am sure it is a feeling of accomplishment for him.

I would love to have an Orbit Orange 70' GTO. Glassgo's car that ran in the pure stocks always garnered my envy. I think his was even an ultra rare RAIV car.
