ok what is this? and how do you wire it?
ok so as i am working on my wiring i am getting things working now and now i am at a point where i am trying to narrow down this fuse junction that the old owner had on the car. So i ask what is this?
this is the horn relay right? so the black wire that is on the horn relay goes right to the battery with no fuse correct?

It is the horn relay and I believe you are correct about the black wire. This post has a picture of the horn relay in it.

ok i am going to button up the wires tomorrow and see what happens. all i need now is to find a pig tail or a nice cheap front turn signal that has the clip on the end of it. after that clean up the interior and put the seats back in

Look at the diagram in the other post, it shows the wiring and where the fusible links are located.
