Default Got some parts today...

Yep. New wiper blades (sliced my finger putting one in), trunk mat (since my car will not be in the weather, I won't have to worry about rust under the mat), wheel locks (just making me feel better), windshield washer solution bottle (the other one was totally yellowed and ugly) and one wheel well trim molding (the others are on back order).

Waiting also for some chrome end caps that fit over the hinge on the bucket seats.... one of mine is missing and the others are damaged and a bit rusted. I think THEY will arrive tomorrow.

I love spending money on my car!

It is fun buying trinkets for our cars! I bought a few things for mine at Carlisle. One thing that really made a difference in my car was new grille trim. Didn't realize how dull the original were.

It is always nice to buy trinkets for the wife too! I gave Maureen a necklace before I left,so she doesnt feel slighted when she sees the gifts for the car.

Do you notice all these threads change subjects. Now we're talking about ABBA or is that ABBA! I still have to get a wiper kit for the Camino when I get it back.

It's fun installing new stuff esp if it fits like the originals.

It's ABBA, you spelled it backwards the first time.

I installed some new door edge guards a few weeks ago. The old ones had really taken a beating. Amazing how such a small thing like that can make such a difference.

I'm Number 12 on the pre regestered list for the show. I'm going to have to spend less time on here to get it ready for the show..
