John,

Just wanted to let you know I was thinking about you and you have been in our prayers. Hadn't seen any post lately and I know the holiday this year will be a rough one. We have also had lost in our family and it won't be the same with some of our love ones gone. Take care of yourself.

Ray.

I was thinking of John the other day, wondering what he has been up to, etc.

Same here...thinking of Joan often.
And reminded of the loss of our mutual friend Stephanie two yrs ago about this Christmas time.

I have seen John more and more on Facebook. He has posted pics of family and friends who have been there for him through the holidays. One special thing that he did post about was that he was given an award in honor of Joan. I think it was from her workplace and I know that it ment a lot to him. He is looking for someone to travel with from Georgia to come up for the NOCC show. I am sure that he will have no problem finding someone. I told him that I would come and travel with him once we are down in Texas. It would just be 4 or 5 hours out of the way, but worth it for someone like John.

Guys and Gals ,I am back and thanks for caring about me .The holidays were tough but I have reconnected with my family and my In laws keep tabs on me as well .I have tried to get back on here for a long time and finally got my password to reset .I have some new health issues messing with me now but Im going to beat it (PSA) But I miss Joan every minute of every day especially at night when I am all alone .I work as much as they will let me and stay away from home as much as I can .I have no interest in any of my projects anymore but hopefully that will come back in the future .

John,

You are not alone in your thoughts. My brother in law lost his wife 6 months back and feels exactly like you feel. He says the same thing. Doesn't care about anything, but knows it going to get better in time. Hang in there and take it one day at a time. My brother in law now says some days are getting better with time. Your in our prayers.
