For the longest time, my father only built 26' - 27' Model T vehicles. He built street rods though, not original like yours. (box tube chassis, modern V8, etc, etc) I remember how cramped the last one he built was, coupe with a 3" chopped top. Neat car, handled well and got all kinds of confused looks from passers by.

The 3 cars under covers belong to friends who are renting space for the winter.

I wasn't anticipating buying a TT so I'm really glad I turned down the guy who wanted me to store a boat for him... it would have sucked to not have space to put all of this due to other people's stuff in the way.

I just made a deal for a "new" Ford pick up. I'll be bringing home '49 Ford F1 in a couple weeks. You definitely have a cool toy box.
