Default trim tag decoding a 64

I am considering the purchase of a 64 chevelle ss and am trying to determine it's level of originallity. The trim tag on the cowl reads as follows:

04C

Style 64-5837 KC 13089 Body

Trim 714 900 Paint

E 2KMS

I am trying to determine the meaning of the "E 2KMS" that is at the bottom of the tag. ALso the car has original AC, is there anything on the tag that would indicate that?

thanks for any help, runner
