Pulled pork is off the smoker, just waiting for it to rest.

Am I to late for this thread ???
wellllll... we had some angus burgers, natural casing dogs, red hots, pulled pork, hot & sweet sausage on the grill, that was topped with green& red bell peppers,& vidalia onions that were sprinkled with some spices and olive oil then rapped in tinfoil & cooked on the grill.
For the seafood lovers, we had littleneck clams on the half shell, fresh shrimp cocktail.... and a friend that came up from DC brought about a 10lb chunk of fresh tuna he caught the day before which we cut up into steaks and marinated in a couple different ways and also cooked on the grill, homemade baked beans, and of course many varieties of salads & deserts.
That's all we had
oh yeah....and lots of beer mmmmm beeeeer

Grumpy is a little slow....lol...

The pulled pork was awesome. Everyone wanted to take some home. Gave some to the neighbors, who were curious about the smoker, and they loved it. We have taken a break from the smoker for the moment. We will start again soon, I am pretty sure.

Fed 65 people at my shop Saturday night with another 90 or so comeing out for "cocktails" later! Smoked briskit, pulled chicken and pork, cheesy potatoes, cole slaw and fresh Iowa sweet corn. Cheated though and had it catered. Guy did an awesome job, would recomend him in a heartbeat! Will have to post a few pictures later when I find my camera.
