Default Electrical Issue on 1970 Chevelle

When I conducted a power check on both of these terminals, I only had power to the clear one. Am I missing something? I can't get my car to start. New ignition, ignition switch, voltage regulator, horn relay, and alternator, what do you think the issue is? Please help, I want to drive my chevelle at least once before I go on deployment!

Go to your distributor. Hei or points there is a hot wire that is hot only when the key is on run position.
Points it is the positive side of the coil. HEI it is the same Positive lead to the distributor. Trace that wire back. Or just run a hot to there if you just want to drive it and deal with the electrical issue later.
