Default insurance and tag time.

I got the new rims and tires on. Hagerty insurance. Got the tags with the antique auto on them. Lady at the court house talked me into them. But for all intents and purposes. She is done now.

For anybody who cares. 275/60/15's on 12x8 5 inch backspaced rims. That is perfect on a 68. Looks factory and fills the wheelhouses. 235/70/15 on front exact diameter tire.

Thank you.

You can get modern radials such as the Cooper Cobra, Master Craft Avenger, General Grabber, B.F. Goodrich, Firestone Destination, from Diamond Back. They check them out for defects and then remove all the numbers, names and graphics off the sidewalls. They look just like the old Bias Plys but handle and ride like the new radials. I think this is a great deal being they are checked out.

How many times have you gotten defective tires and they will not take them back.

I got Mastercraft advengers. I got them on the van I got i love them.

I took it out and went 20 miles or so. Filled it to much and the tank vent was puking LOL.

I bought the joiner piece for surge. I have a anti-rollover valve. Anyway lesson learned dont fill it till it is running on the ground by the licence plate. That it to full LOL

It was a blast that thing it a rediculous beast to drive. 4rth doing 40 1/4 pedal your accelerating like a madman. The overdrive works nice. Barks if you shift with no clutch.
