Default Some brand X metalwork...

Helped a friend of mine today on my day off. 1966 Fairlane, factory 390 4 speed car. One of the straightest, minimal rust bodies I have ever seen in a 66'-67' Fairlane/Cyclone. It needed a small patch behind the passenger rear tire, we installed that panel first. Then made a piece for the lower rear corner. Started running out of time, but still managed to get the front floor pan and toe pan tacked in.

When I was cutting out one of the rusty floor sections yesterday, I had a grinding disc come apart and grab a hold of me. Hit me mostly in the ribs.

First picture is yesterday afternoon, second is this evening. It's more like a burn than a cut.

Round two tomorrow, hoping to get the rest of the floor in and at least tacked into place. Then I told him not to call me until he is ready to block sand it.

Got it knocked out today and no new injuries. I left it at a point where he can easily take it from here.
