Default Windhield Replacement ?

Have a crack in the upper left corner of my '71 Chevelle so am looking at what is out there for replacement. Doesn't need to be date coded but would like original thickness, edge finishing, correct upper tint and such. Have the antenna imbedded in the glass. Anyone recently had to replace their windshield? If so who did you source it from and were you pleased with it? Did a google search and found Auto City Glass and Vintage Glass, any experience with either?

I'll look up the guy I use when I get home. I believe he is based out of Minnesota. I buy from him when he comes to the Daytona show every year.

I ordered the windshield for the '72 Sprint from a local auto glass supplier...tinted, upper tint, built-in antenna.
Picked it up and we installed it at home.
IIRC, cost about $175 and took 2-3 days to get in stock.

I got mine from a local place called Jacks Glass. Tinted in windsheild antenna. Thick as the factory one. 125 bucks a few years ago. You can't tell it isn't original.

Thanks for the replies. Gave me some options to look into. My local glass shop said $209 plus install and it would NOT be as thick as the original glass. Not doing a 1,000 point restore but just looking for the best OEM fit and look as I can do in todays world of knock-offs and poor re-pop parts.
