Seeing America
We'll we saw quite a bit, what a country! Left July 13 and headed to the Black Hills. Let's see, stopped at Wall Drug, Mt. Rushmore, Custer State Park, Wind Cave National Park, cities of Hill, Custer, Lead and Deadwood. Left the Black Hills and headed up to Devil's Tower then on through the Big Horn mountains to Yellowstone. Saw the geysers, hot springs, mud volcanoes, Grand Canyon of Yellowstone and the water falls, oh and hundreds of bison or buffalo if you prefer. Also went down through the Tetons to Jackson, WY.
From Cody, WY down to Cheyenne and back home. I'm beat, logged a lot of miles on the motorhome, fortunately with no problems. It was a great trip, saw a lot of this beautiful country. |

Sounds like a great trip. Sent 3 summers in Yellowstone surveying the roads to improve them for traffic.

Did you figure out how to keep the bison off the roads and out of the parking areas? It was really great seeing them up close bust after a few days of waiting for them to get off the road, well not so great. Bust they are impressive animals, glad we got to see them.
