Default Door glass rubber

I am installing the hardware back in my 67 Chevelle doors... Question is the rubber on the bottom of the glass where it goes into the bottom channel that holds it in place. I believe this was glued in at one time to keep the glass in place when you roll it up and down.. One of mine is just rotted away. Does anyone make replacement rubber for this, I have searched every where and cannot find any... thanks..

Can't help with the rubber piece but have an alternative. I replaced the quarter windows on my 70. They have a chrome strip that goes between the quarter window and door window. Sounds like a similar setup, piece of rubber folded over the glass and pressed into the chrome strip. I couldn't find a replacement rubber piece but found a solution in my searching, window/windshield urethane. You can buy a caulk tube a NAPA and other parts stores. Partially fill the chrome piece and force it onto the window. The urethane is thick make sure it's all the way on. Once it's dry you can use a razor blade to cut off the excess. Cut down along the chrome strip then slide the blade along the glass.
